If you are having problem with the caller id window not appearing then try the solutions below. If the problem persists please send us a mail and we'll get back to as soon as possible.
Solution 1:
Go to your phone settings and tap on Installed apps
Tap on the 3-dot menu (top right) and select Default apps
Tap on Dial. Now make Truecaller your default application

Solution 2:
Go to your phone settings and look for Permissions, then tap on Autostart
Toggle on Truecaller

For Mi 4:
- Go to Permissions (or Security) > Auto-start > Enable Truecaller
- Tap on Truecaller > Display pop-up window > Accept
- Go to Notifications > Manage Notifications > Truecaller > Show Floating Notifications
For Mi 4i:
Go to Phone Settings:
- Additional Settings
- Battery
- Manage apps battery usage
- Choose apps > Truecaller
- Custom and in Background Network, choose to stay connected.
Alternative solution:
- Phone settings
- Permissions (or Security)
- Truecaller
- Allow all permissions.
- After that, go to additional settings > battery > manage apps battery usage, by default its "standard" make sure to keep it off.
For Mi 7:
- Go to your phone settings
- Battery settings
- Manage background data. Note, this is required for blocking calls as well.
