Q: What is the Availability feature in Truecaller?
A: It lets you see if the person you’re about to call is busy or not.
Q: What do the icons mean?
A: Red bell icon – The person’s phone is on silent mode.
Red phone icon – The person is currently on a call.
Green Dot icon – The person is available to take call.
Q: Can I see when someone was last active?
A: Yes. The ‘Last Seen’ time shows the last time they were active in the app.
