Truecaller Pay - Customer Grievance Redressal

We are always here to help you in case you face any issues or have any grievance with Truecaller Pay. One of the quickest ways to resolve any issue/grievance is to refer to the FAQs which explain and answer some of the more common queries that we receive from our users. In case, you do not find any issue addressed in the FAQs, please feel free to reach out to us via one of the multiple means mentioned below.

If you are facing issues like problems with registration on Truecaller Pay, failed or pending transactions, or have any other concern, query or grievance related to Truecaller Pay, you can reach out to us via the following channels: 

  1.  Truecaller App: You can use the Truecaller App to resolve your issue/grievance from within the app in the following manner:
  • On the Home screen: Click the hamburger menu in search bar > Send Feedback > Enter details with Subject as 'Truecaller Pay' > Click Send icon on the top right corner. You can expect a revert from us within 3 working days.

  • On the Banking Tab/Payments Tab: Click the overflow menu on the top right corner> Support (you will be redirected to a weblink) > Click on Customer Grievance Redressal > Click Submit Feedback at bottom of Page. You can expect a revert from us via email within 3 working days.
  •  On the Banking Tab/Payments Tab:  Click the overflow menu on the top right corner > Transaction History >Transactions undertaken by you will be visible. In case you want to see particular transaction details, please tap on the transaction to view details. In case you have a grievance with a particular transaction, you have the following options:
    - Request call back: Once you request a callback, our customer support representatives will call you back on your registered number within 2 working days.
    - Report an issue: This option will help you raise a complaint directly to the bank from which you made the transaction.
    - Call bank: We have also provided easy access to the Bank's customer care number where you can raise a complaint via a phone call.
  1. Email:  You can also drop us an email directly on support@truecaller.com , You can expect our customer service representatives to respond to you within 3 working days.

  2. Social Media: You can reach out to us on social media platforms as below:
  • Twitter: You can tweet to us directly on @TruecallerHelp. You can expect our customer service representatives to respond to you within 2 working days.
  • Facebook: You can send us a direct chat by visiting our Facebook Page. You can expect our customer service representatives to respond to you within 2 working days.
