I have followed all instructions and the caller is a Truecaller user with the latest version of the app, but I still see no caller ID. Why?

Sometimes, due to network delays, there is no enough time for our service to send the ID by the time that you receive the call. Therefore, no Caller ID can be displayed. If the caller is calling from a non-iPhone or non-Android, the Caller ID will not work.
