Enabling notification access allows Truecaller to look up numbers not saved in your phone book for 'Messaging' apps such as 'WhatsApp, Line and Viber'.
Open Truecaller and click on profile icon:
1.) Tap on Settings .
2. Tap on General and toggle on 'Messaging Apps'.
