Why is the Unconditional Call Forwarding setting not supported?

Once the Caller ID is identified, Truecaller sends back incoming calls to your device via the carrier Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). When Unconditional Call Forwarding is active calls are always forwarded and can not reach your phone anymore. 


For now, Advanced Caller ID does not support carriers that only support Unconditional Call Forwarding. We are actively working on solving this limitation.
