Different reasons can affect the right set up of Advanced Caller ID.
Verify your network is ON and you don’t rely on Wifi to receive calls. Access to carrier via network is needed to activate Advanced Caller ID.
Verify your carrier is properly detected.
If all your settings are correct. Close and start the app again. Go through the Advanced Caller ID setting process again.
