Sometimes, during set up, the carrier is not properly forwarding to Truecaller or you did exit the “Test Advanced Caller ID” before Truecaller had time to get proper confirmation.
This results in the Advanced Caller ID feature toggle status not reflecting properly the current feature activation status. You can notice a specific error message on the Advanced Caller ID card in the Premium tab, if Truecaller didn’t receive the verification call.
Close and start again the app. Go to the Advanced Caller ID card in Premium tab and check if the feature toggle status is now active.
Verify if an unknown incoming call rings twice after you declined it first time (that means Advanced Caller ID is active)
Go through the activation process again if Advanced Caller ID toggle status is still inactive from Premium Screen
