What happens if I change my phone, my number or carrier?

If you are Premium and change phone or phone number, you need to restore Premium purchase and go through the Advanced Caller ID activation flow again. Make sure you have deactivated Conditional or Unconditional Call Forwarding for your previous phone number


Changing Carrier is not supported. Please go through the Advanced Caller ID activation flow again.
