Outgoing call:
1. Navigate to the "Record" tab at the bottom of your screen, and click "Record call"
2. When this button is clicked, you will see a button to start recording. Click the call button to start a call to the recording line.
3. Once the call has started with the recording line, click "add call" and add the user you would like to record.
4. When the call with the user has started, click "merge calls."
5. Now the recording line and personal call is merged and the recording will start.
Incoming call:
1. When you are in a call with a user, go to the Truecaller app and navigate to the "Record" tab. Click on the "Record call" button.
2. When this button is clicked, you will see a prompt to call the recording line. Click the call button to start a call to the recording line.
3. You can now merge the two calls.
4. Now the recording line and personal call is merged and the recording will start.
