Assistant Activation in the United States

Verizon: 


Follow the directions below to manually activate Assistant

1. Disable your phone's Wi-Fi connection.

2. Open your phone's dialer, dial *715595335694 

3. Once the call is active press the end button. 

Note: Press the dismiss button when a notification appears on your phone. If the message states that call forwarding activation was a success then you are done. If it failed redial the activation code.

Contact Verizon to get Assistant activated (United States):


Unfortunately, there appears to be an issue with your specific account.

You should be able to activate the service from My Verizon portal using these instructions inputting (559) 533-5694 in the "when my line is busy" box:

After completing these steps, go back to the App and try to activate the service.

 

If you were unable to activate the service, we recommend calling Verizon Technical Support and stating the following:

1. "I am unable to activate conditional call forwarding on my number. Dialing the star nine zero (*90) activation code does not work. Can you activate my conditional call forwarding for me? I want it to forward calls when busy"

2. When they ask what number you would like your calls forwarded to, give them this number: (559) 533-5694

 

Notes:

  • Please don't mention Assistant, your carrier might state that they do not support third-party applications as a way to avoid dealing with the request.

  • If the representative is unable to help you, ask to speak to another representative or supervisor. Do not let them tell you that they can't activate conditional call forwarding. Call forwarding is a carrier side setting and only they can get it activated

Activate Assistant via Verizon's website (United States)


You can enable your call forwarding on the Verizon Website:


1. Go to the Call Forwarding page in My Verizon by clicking here.

2. Enter your deposit number in the Forward Mobile Number field: (559) 533-5694
3. Select the following option in the Options section: Forward calls when my line is busy.

4. Click Set Up Call Forwarding.


Note: If there's more than one line on your account, select the line you want to set up Call Forwarding on from the Mobile Number dropdown.

T-Mobile:


Follow the directions below to manually activate Truecaller Assistant:

1. Disable your phone's Wi-Fi connection.

2. Open your phone's main dialer, dial one of these codes, and hit call:



*61*5595335694#

*62*5595335694#

*67*5595335694#

 

3. Once the call is successfully forwarded you can end the call. You should see this screen: 


**If the condition says busy or unanswered, this means it is also successful**


Note: If the message states call forwarding activation was a success then you are done. If it failed redial the activation code.

 

Didn't work?

You will need to temporarily disable your phone LTE to enable the service.



Android Instructions:

Go to your Android Settings
Go to "Network and Internet"
Go to "Mobile Network"
Turn off "Enhanced 4G LTE Mode"

Contact T-Mobile to get Assistant activated (United States)

Fix OCN error on AT&T (United States)


To fix the error, please follow the below-mentioned steps:


1. Go to Settings -> Phone -> Calls

2. Turn "Call Forwarding" ON. Don't enter a phone number in the field.
3. Press the "Cancel" button

4. Open your phone's dialer, dial *67*5595335694#

Assistant uses a feature called 'Conditional Call Forwarding' to receive your rejected calls and connect you to our system.


You need to make sure your Cricket plan includes the call forwarding feature.


I have Call Forwarding

1. Disable your phone's Wi-Fi connection.

2. Open your phone's dialer, dial *73*5595335694


Note: Press the dismiss button when a notification appears on your phone. If the message states that call forwarding activation was a success then you are done. If it fails then redial the activation code.

3. Go back to the app and try to activate the service.

1. Go to the Cricket website and this feature to your plan.

Metro by T-Mobile:


Assistant uses a feature called 'Conditional Call Forwarding' to receive your rejected calls and connect you to our system.


Metro PCS includes the call forwarding feature in their Value Bundle. You'll need to make sure you have this feature added to your Metro PCS calling plan in order to connect to Assistant.


I have Value Bundle:

1. Disable your phone's Wi-Fi connection.

2. Open your phone's dialer, dial *745595335694 


Note: Press the dismiss button when a notification appears on your phone. If the message states that call forwarding activation was a success then you are done. If it fails then redial the activation code.

3. Go back to the app and try to activate the service.

 

I don't have a Value Bundle:

1. Go to MetroPCS and add Value Bundle to your plan.
