Starting app version v26.8, Truecaller enables you to redeem promo codes on the app.
Where can I enter a promo code?
- You can enter your promo code in Premium > 3 dots > Redeem Promo Code section
- Alternatively, every other paywall will have a "Redeem code" option at the bottom
What offer can I unlock by redeeming a promo?
By redeeming a promo, you can unlock either:
- A Truecaller Premium subscription, or
- An offer on a Premium plan, e.g. extended trial or discount
Why is my promo code not working or the discount not being shown?
Common reasons include:
Code has expired
Code already used
Offer is user-specific and not available for you
Offer is for 1st time subscribers only but you previously had a subscription
Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one promo code can be applied at a time.
Can I see all available promos within the app?
No, at this moment we are not displaying any available promos within the app.
