What is the Voicemail feature?

1. How does Voicemail work?

Voicemail allows callers to leave a voice message when you’re unable to answer their call immediately.

2. How does Voicemail work?

When someone calls your number and you’re unavailable, they will hear a prerecorded message explaining who they’ve called and how to leave a voicemail. Their message will be recorded and you’ll receive a push notification about the new voicemail. You can listen to the voicemail at your convenience.

3. Where do I set the prerecorded voice message?

A default message will play unless you choose to record your own. To record your message, go to the Assistant Settings and select Voicemail as one of the call screening options. Your custom message can be up to 2 minutes long, and you can listen to it before saving it.

4. Who can leave me a voicemail message?

You can choose whether unanswered calls from your Phonebook contacts are handled by the Assistant or sent to Voicemail. Calls from non-Phonebook numbers and known spammers do not have the option to be sent to Voicemail.
