Assistant Onboarding


To use the assistant, you need to follow a few basic onboarding steps:


1. Select your carrier. Some carriers do not support the Assistant at this time, you will see this at the bottom of the page. 


 

2.  You can select from the following assistant voices. As you click each voice, you can preview how it sounds. This will be the voice your Assistant uses to speak to your callers. 



3. You will see this screen on the next page to allow for Microphone Access and Notifications. Click the bottom checkbox to continue 



4. The next step is to activate the call forwarding. Click the "Activate" button to initiate a call to our Truecaller landline. It is a dedicated number, owned by Truecaller to send all your calls to the Assistant. 


5. Finally if the call forwarding process is successful, you will see this page!
