The Auto-Block Spam feature, available for Premium users on iOS 18, allows you to block spam calls automatically. You can choose between blocking "Top Spammers," which targets the most frequent spammers, or "All Spammers," which blocks every number labeled as spam by Truecaller. Blocked calls will not ring but will appear in your call log as Missed calls identified by Truecaller
