My number shows up as Private/No Caller ID when I call people

This is a feature from your iPhone not from Truecaller. It's an easy fix, read the instructions below:

Step 1: Go to your iPhone Settings
Step 2: Tap on Phone
Step 3: Tap on Show my Caller ID & toggle it ON
