The custom greeting is a possibility to set a personalized introduction whenever the Assistant answers the incoming call on your behalf (screens the call).
1. Where do I set the custom greeting?
In the Assistant Settings you can turn on the Custom greeting feature. You will then see a screen with multiple templates you can choose from, each of them can be further customized to match your needs. You can listen to it before you save it.
2. Who can hear the custom greeting?
Everyone who calls your number can hear the custom greeting. However, you can disable it for specific groups in the Assistant Settings.
On iOS: You can decide whether calls from your phonebook contacts should be screened by the Assistant.
On Android: You can decide whether calls from your phonebook contacts, top spammers or non-phonebook callers should be screened by the Assistant.
