Sending Calls to the Assistant:
- Declining a call - With your Assistant enabled, one way to send calls to the Assistant is by declining the call. Simply tap the red decline button on your iPhone or press the side button twice.
- Not Answering the call - Another way to send calls to your Assistant is by not answering the call. When this happens, the Assistant will automatically take over the call.
Using the Assistant's Live Conversation Chat
- Live Conversation Chat - The Assistant offers a live chat feature that allows you to monitor and guide the call in real-time. While the Assistant is managing your call, you can choose which questions it should ask, directing the conversation according to your needs.
- To access this screen, tap on the notification, or navigate to it, through the Truecaller app.
- On the live-chat screen, you can speak to your caller via the Assistant. You'll see two questions directed to the caller. Select your preferred option, and the Assistant will ask the question. You can also choose to decline the call, mark it as spam or answer it directly.

Reviewing the Call: Post-Conversation Screen:
- After the Assistant has finished taking your call, you can review the interaction on the post-conversation screen.

- This screen provides a transcript of the call and allows you to listen to the audio. From here, you can choose to call the user back, send a message, or block them.
