Quick replies
Quick replies are buttons you can tap while the Assistant is on a call. They help you ask follow-up questions like “Who is this?” or “Is it urgent?” without joining the call or typing. You can customize them to your needs.
How to edit quick replies
Go to Assistant → Assistant settings → Quick replies.
Edit an existing quick reply or tap Add quick reply.
For each quick reply, set:
The shortcut (what you see)
The reply (message the Assistant will say to the caller)
Which calls go to your Assistant
Choose how your Assistant handles missed calls from contacts or unknown numbers. This lets you get a sense of what the call is about.
How to choose which missed calls go to Assistant:
Go to Assistant → Assistant settings.
Look for the Assistant call handling section
You’ll see these options:
Manage missed calls from contacts
When this is on, if you miss a call from someone in your contacts, your Assistant will answer automatically for you.
Manage missed calls from unknown numbers
When this is on, if you miss a call from a number that is not in your contacts, your Assistant will answer automatically for you.
You can still choose to send a ringing call to your Assistant manually at any time. These settings only affect missed calls
Spam handling
You can choose your Assistant handles spam calls. When this is on, spam calls can be answered by the Assistant automatically, and your phone won’t ring.
How to manage spam handling
Go to Assistant → Assistant settings → Manage spam calls
Choose how you want Assistant to handle potential spam calls:
Let the Assistant automatically answer only top spammers
Let the Assistant automatically answer all spammers
You can update these settings anytime to make your Assistant work the way you prefer.
