Android:
- Search the number that is marked as spam and choose "Not spam" within the contact view. Spam score will decrease.
- To unblock people in your personal block list go to:
- Block tab
-3-dot menu > 'My Block list' and tap function to find the number and press the ‘minus’
icon.
iOS:
- Search the number that is marked as spam and choose "Not spam" within the contact view. Spam score will decrease.
- To unblock people in your personal block list go to:
- Spam tab> My block list > Slide & "unblock".
