Background
Daniel’s Law is a New Jersey statute that provides a means for active, formerly active, and retired federal and state court judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers and their immediate family members (spouse, child, parent, and any other family member related by blood or by law) residing in the same household (each, a “Covered Person”) to request for the redaction of their residential address and unpublished telephone number from the internet. How to make a request under Daniel’s Law

Designation of authorized person
You can designate an authorized person to make a request under Daniel’s Law on your behalf. In such case, please also furnish a certified copy of your written declaration authorizing such authorized person to act on your behalf, along with your email/post, as described above.
