A brand new full-screen caller ID has been launched and you can now see who's calling in a full-screen design instead of having a floating window.
We have recently made a few changes in the app, the changes have been made due to be compliant with Android 13 devices and to provide a seamless caller ID experience.
Hence there is only a full-screen caller ID option in the latest version. To opt for a pop-up caller ID you will have to set your native phone app as your default and then you can select the pop-up caller ID option from your Truecaller app.
Can I disable it for Android 12 and below?
This feature can, of course, be switched on and off anytime from Truecaller's settings ->Calls
Can I disable it for Android 13 and above?
Set your phone as the default dialer to use the Classic Pop-up Caller ID.
