If Live Caller ID isn't working properly, follow these steps to ensure Truecaller runs optimally:
Battery Optimization
Option 1 (Detailed):
Go to Settings
Tap Battery and Device Care
Tap Storage > Apps
Find and select Truecaller
Tap Battery
Set to Unrestricted
Option 2 (Short):
Go to Settings > Apps
Select Truecaller
Tap Battery
Set to Unrestricted
Display Over Other Apps
Go to Settings > Apps > Truecaller
Enable Appear on top
Shortcut: Long-press the Truecaller app icon, tap the (i) icon, then enable Appear on top
