If Live Caller ID isn’t working on your device, follow these steps to fix it:
1. Battery Optimization
Go to Settings > Battery
Tap Battery Usage
Find Truecaller
Set it to Unrestricted
2. Display Over Other Apps
Go to Settings > Apps
Find and select Truecaller
Enable Display over other apps
Shortcut: Long-press the Truecaller icon, tap the (i) icon, then enable Display over other apps
