1. What is Video Caller ID?
This feature allows a personalized video to be displayed for verified business callers when you receive a call from them. Individual users cannot set or create a video caller ID for their personal numbers.
2. Is this a Premium feature?
No. It’s only available for verified business users.
3. How can you disable all Video Caller ID?
Go to:
Profile icon > Settings > Calls > Manage preference of receive video Caller ID > select 'No one'.
