Upgrading from Premium to Gold
Q: Can I upgrade from Premium to Gold?
Yes, you can now upgrade from Premium to Gold.
Q: Why do I get fewer than 365 days of Gold when I upgrade?
When you upgrade, the remaining days from your Premium plan are converted into Gold. Since Gold is more expensive, you’ll receive fewer days based on the value of your remaining Premium subscription.
Example: If your Premium plan has 365 days left, you’ll get about 65 days of Gold instead of a full year.
This is handled by Google Play on pro-rata basis and not calculated by Truecaller.
Having trouble with the Gold Package?
Q: I have Gold, but the person I called doesn't see my Gold Caller ID. Why?
A few possible reasons:
The other user isn't on the latest version of Truecaller.
Their app is still showing cached (old) data. It usually updates automatically within a few days.
To speed this up:
Phone Settings > Apps > Truecaller > Storage > Clear Cache

Q: Can I cancel or get a refund for the Gold plan?
No. Gold is our highest-tier plan and doesn’t come with a trial period, cancellation, or refund option.
