How can I move my Premium subscription?

1. I changed my phone number. How do I move my Premium plan?
Just open the Truecaller app. If your number has changed, you’ll be prompted to move the plan automatically.

Make sure you're signed into the same Google account you used to buy the Premium plan.

2. Premium didn’t activate after changing the number. What should I do?
Tap on “Upgrade Premium” again in the app menu
* Restart your phone
* Open Truecaller and check if Premium is active

3. Can I transfer my Premium plan between Android and iOS?
No. Subscriptions are not transferable between Android and iOS because of platform restrictions.

4. What if I purchased Premium on the Web?
Plans bought on the web cannot be transferred to another device or platform.
