Where can I enter a promo code?
You can enter your promo code in Premium tab > Redeem Promo Code section.
What offer can I unlock by redeeming a promo?
By redeeming a promo, you can unlock either:
- A Premium entitlement, or
- A discounted price on a Premium plan.
Why is my promo code not working or the discount not being shown?
Common reasons:
- Code has expired
- Offer is user-specific
- Already used
- Offer is for 1st time subscribers only
Can I use more than one promo code?
- Only one promo code can be applied per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Can I see all available promos within the app?
- No, at this moment we are not displaying any available promos within the app.
